Refund Policy

Policy on missed group classes

All enrolled classes are your responsibility to attend. The studio/individual instructor is not responsible for any information you missed during your abscence.
No refunds/credits are available for “No shows” or missed group classes.
However, if you inform us ahead of time that you will not be able to attend one or more group class, you may be able to attend another group class if one is offered during the same session.
Private lessons cannot be substituted for missed group classes.
Any unused credit expires at the end of the original session the student was enrolled in.

Lessons cancelled without 24hr notice or “no shows” will be subject to the full lesson fee.
However, private lessons cancelled without 24 hr notice due to a medical emergency may be subject to 50% of the scheduled private lesson fee at the discretion of the Studio.

Group Classes:
- Refunds are only valid until the end of the first day of class for the registered session. If you have attended the first class, we will deduct $10 from the refund amount.
- Not applicible to Gift Certificates
Private/semi-private classes:
- Refunds are only valid if requested before any classes have been attended.
- Not applicible to Gift Certificates
Practice Parties:
- No refunds.
Gift Certificates:
- Full refunds are only valid for 30 days from the purchased date of the gift certificate if have not been redeemed and not expired.

Discounts may be offered for early registration for a group class session or a studio party.
Please note that registration constitutes full payment. A person is not considered registered for any classes or studio events/parties if full payment has not been made.
Payment for any studio event can be made by cash or cheque.

Classes are your responsibility to attend. We cannot offer reminders or give credits for missed classes.

Classes start at the scheduled time and not when you arrive.
